Betha was born on November 27, 1950 and passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2018 in Spanish Fork.

She graduated from Payson High School in 1969. Bertha was a member of the LDS church.

At Bertha's request, there will not be a viewing or a funeral. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 at 12:00.
